ProArt PQ22UC is the world’s first 21.6-inch OLED 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) monitor with 204 ppi pixel density and HDR support, providing 300% more onscreen space than Full HD monitors of the same size, combined with incredibly sharp details and an expanded tonal range. Its billions of pure RGB self-illuminating pixels can be individually activated to reproduce truly lifelike pictures with deep blacks and enhanced color contrast in high luminance.

Fully realizing the advanced performance of the OLED panel, ProArt PQ22UC achieves a 1000000:1 contrast ratio. Thanks to the exclusive ASUS Smart HDR Technology, ProArt PQ22UC supports multiple HDR (high-dynamic-range) formats. HDR-10 ensures compatibility with existing streaming video and a growing list of HDR-enabled games while hybrid log gamma (HLG) support addresses broadcast and satellite TV, including the BBC iPlayer and DIRECTV™. HDR monitors offer a wider color spectrum than traditional monitors with a luminance range that comes closer to what the human eye is capable of perceiving. True-to-life color accuracy

ProArt PQ22UC exceeds industry standards for color reproduction, achieving, 99% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. It features 10-bit color graphics to display more than 1.07 billion colors, a 14-bit internal lookup table, and support for Gamma values of 2.6, 2.4, 2.2, 2.0, and 1.8 to produce natural-looking images with smoother transitions between hues.

ProArt PQ22UC is factory pre-calibrated to guarantee industry-leading color accuracy (Delta-E < 2). Each monitor features advanced gray-scale tracking technology to ensure images are accurately reproduced onscreen. The monitor also ensures 95% uniformity compensation to guard against brightness and chroma (color) fluctuations across the screen.

Whether on a desktop or laptop, PC or Mac, ASUS ProArt Calibration Technology offers color accuracy tuning and uniformity compensation to make things easy when it’s time to recalibrate the monitor’s brightness and color consistency. Users can choose from a variety of advanced setups to achieve optimum color accuracy, get 3 x 3 and 5 x 5 uniformity compensation matrices to ensure consistent brightness, and save all color parameter profiles on the monitor’s internal scaler integrated circuit chip.
